Cat is an entrepreneur/motivational speaker who is a native of the bay area.  He is the CEO and founder of Cat Fitness Wellness Center, Heal The Hood Tour, Plant Powered Brothaz & Rejuvenate; an all natural, vegan friendly supplement company.  Within these business ventures he has many roles.  As an online Fitness Trainer, he offers full body group training classes  and helps people transition into a plant-based diet.  As a motivational speaker he has spoken at the Oakland Vegfest & San Francisco World Vegfest just to name a few. He is also a competitive natraul physique body builder.

Drawing on his 10 years of experience in leadership, motivational speaking, and team building, Cat now focuses mainly on using the skills that he has acquired to help people find their purpose, better their health, and live up to their true potential. Cat’s aspiration in life is to perform philanthropic work and travel the world as a full time motivational speaker, speaking to the youth about becoming leaders of their communities.
